Gemalto’s Channel Program Receives a 5-Star Rating in CRN’s 2019 Partner Program Guide

We are thrilled to announce that the Gemalto Cipher Partner Program has received a 5-Star rating in CRN’s 2019 Partner Program Guide. This marks the second year in a row the program has ranked on the prestigious list. The Partner Program Guide identifies the strongest and most successful partner programs in the channel today, offered by the top technology suppliers for IT products and services. The 5-Star rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.

To determine the 2019 5-Star ratings, The Channel Company’s research team assessed each supplier’s partner program based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support, and communication.

Gary Clark, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services for Identity and Data Protection, shares his insights into why the Gemalto Cipher Partner program has continued to be recognized as best-in-class the past few years.

What is the focus of your channel program? “Our program focuses on three key areas: 1) driving increased partner profitability, 2) rewarding partners for investing in net new opportunities, and 3) nurturing our commitment and investment to support partners with in-field sales alignment, new partner tools, and flexible training and enablement opportunities.”

How does the Cipher Partner Program put partners first? “Gemalto has a channel-first approach to reach more customers and has aligned in-field sales resources and new partner tools, trainings, and incentives to drive partner success. The Cipher Partner Program also provides access to strong third party integrations for add-ons allowing our partners the opportunity to expand their offerings to every customer they have.”

How do you continue to meet the needs of your partners? “We understand it is not a one-time investment, but a sustained effort that drives partner success. Our annual Voice of the Partner survey gives us the chance to listen and learn from our partners. Each year, we incorporate their feedback into enhancements to improve the Gemalto Cipher Program and meet the needs of partners. The goal is to combine best of breed technology solutions with the best partner experience to drive greater global customer adoption.”
